I'm maybee not able to be in time at Tamm, but be for sure - Obelix ist the right person to ask for informations and solutions in building an everyday drivable and legal 16V 205 in Germany.

I'll pass the LB area this evening, travelling to the north of germany and maybee spend there a few minutes on wendsday evening.

To get the certificate, in fact of planning and building the car perfect ist not as much, but buying the enigine, breake-parts and other small things sure need more than 2000€ ... exclude rebuilding the enigine by some experts. For details ask in Tamm, Obelix & Informatix (both sure will be there) know in detail how to build and get certificates and parts.

I may have an offer for you, I`ve you really search a german 205 Gti 8s, but he is also special modified.

Maybe you have to work a little bit on this car, but it´s an original 16v car from peugeot and gutmann, so you won´t have any problems with TÜV and so on.

I know the CTi-T16, the owner came on a french forum to sell it months ago.
Seems to be a good car but that is not what I am looking for, first too expensive and I want a 2o5 not cabrio

price for this car is at the moment 2110€.
far to much for it.

i think the price will rise much higher, there are a few guys from france and netherlands battling for it. as they are almost crazy (:-)) i think it will end up on nearly 3000 euros or above.

Hi Obelix...

Die Frage ist halt, was zahl ich für nen gut erhaltenen Gti als Basis, nen guten Motor, den ganzen Umbau, den TÜV, DIE ZEIT nicht zu vergessen usw usw usw.
Das wären halt ein paar Faktoren, weil bei dem Auto müsste mal halt das eine oder andere a bissl richten und gut.
Kein Stress mit Umbau und TÜV usw.
Das war halt mein Gedanke.
Wenn man jetzt nicht unbedingt die allerbesten Connections hat wie du, dann wird so ein Umbau doch auch sicherlich mit 1500-2000 Euro zu Buche schlagen, bis er legal auf der Straße steht, oder???

Für den Preis bau ich mir nochmal 2 .... revidier mal ne Bremsanlage (inkl. 4 Sättel frisch lagern & dichten) ALLE Leitungen etc. .. für nen wirklich technisch frischen Umbau ist das noch ned mal die Summe aller Teile *amKopfkratz* ... was hab ich 2004 nur getan
