Problem:
Meine Radbolzen haben oben am Schaft (das letzte Stück ohne Gewinde) 13 mm Durchmesser, die mit den Platten mitbestellten 17, 5 mm.
Das sind einfach die falschen Schrauben, wahrscheinlich für 206 und Co. Die haben den dicker werdenden Schaft.
Bei 15mm würde ich wahrscheinlich einfach andere Scheiben besorgen, die separat verschraubt werden.

Genau da wird entlüftet. Ein zweiter Entlüfter sitzt oberhalb des Thermostates am Kopf/Nebengehäuse.
Bei den Autos mit reinem Expansionsgefäß entlüftet sich leider nix automatisch, da muss man wirklich penibel die Luft aus allen verfügbaren Nippeln rauslassen.

Wenn Du ne gute Quelle hast - machs. Selbst wenn die ned allzu lange halten, sind die ja relativ schnell getauscht. Da kann ja nüscht festgammeln oser rosten:-) Trotzdem mit Fett schützen ist aber kein Fehler, soll ja kein Wasser reinkommen, die Lagerstellen sind ja dennoch rostfähiges Metall.

Der von Meyle hält bei mir schon recht lange, andere haben nach 2 Jahren schon wieder gestreikt...
Zu weiches Material und schlechte Dichtungen etc.
Die Drehstäbe rosten ein bisl. tun aber der Funktion keinen abbruch. Kannste einfach wieder hübsch machen und original weiterverwenden.
Wie Obelix schon sagte lieber eine originale Instandsetzen als eine unbekannte neue oder "generalüberholte" verbauen.

Die Radschrauben haben ne 10.9 Festigkeit. da würde ich mir persönlich keinen Kopp machen und abdrehen (lassen).
Unterfüttern mit U-Scheiben wäre mir da dagegen zu riskant. und zu aufwendig.
